Steps in the Eviction Process
The eviction process generally begins with a notice to the tenant, explaining the reason for eviction and the time they have to rectify the issue or vacate the property. If the tenant does not comply, you file all the necessary paperwork to receive a court date and let the court official rule. After you win, a writ of possession is issued and the tenant/occupants have 7 days to vacate the premises. The Sheriff or other Official and QUICK EVICT SOLUTIONS LLC are then hired to complete the process. We have Officers available to complete the process as soon as the "Writ of Possession" is valid.
